Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 284(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 284(FIN) am S, and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 284(FIN)?"
